1000th Edition

Our 1000th edition is happening in July!

We need your help.

We have been hearing during these unprecedented times and with many of us spending more time at home, many people do still enjoy reading an actual newspaper – holding it in their hands and flicking through the pages, while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee.

To have some fun we are asking people who read this paper to send in a photo of them actually reading it (with a cuppa in hand) – it will be published in the special 1000th publication.

The District Reporter is still printing and will be for another 1000 editions or even more! It is still free to pick up locally and enjoy.

We would love to see you reading our publication. Email us

Here’s one to get you started – this is Emily, who puts the paper together (very talented) and reads it with her coffee regularly.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as we can!
